"I’m a midwife in Puerto Rico and this is my midwifery partner catching my baby. My wife is rubbing my thighs. We conceived on our first attempt with a home IUI, same midwife, my wife got to push the sample 🙂
We did a very successful home induction because my blood pressure was creeping up at the end of pregnancy. Marla, my midwife tried to place a bulb Foley catheter and failed but ended up doing the world’s most thorough membrane sweep. Then I did hypnosis, nipple stim and had an orgasm. Baby was born less than 8 hrs later.
I really appreciate how chill my birth team was. No aggressive cheerleading. I felt I could really relax and drop in.
